If you're looking for the ultimate lightweight tool for getting you into the backcountry, look no further than the FORECAST CARBON SPLIT.  It's been the weapon of choice for our ambassadors and guides for several years and this year's version is even more refined for weight reduction and the perfect flex.  The pre-tensioned carbon construction is loaded with stored energy which compensated for the torsional twist inherence with splitboard designs, which the tapered shape and crescent tail make the tail drop in deep snow making pow turns effortless and the board super maneuverable in the steeps.

The lightweight construction features a sintered 7500 base, full wrap steel edge, multi-layer vibration dampening, pre-cured and pre-tensioned carbon glass laminates, PUR 90A urethane sidewalls, full-length Ctech Woodcore, Kevlar binding and tour bracket reinforcement, Stainless steel glass reinforced inserts, a satin finish carbon topsheet and bio resin.  

Each board is built in Squamish, British Columbia by hand by shaper Jason Broz who has over 25 years of board building experience.
