We produce our own boards right here in Squamish, British Columbia. Our facility is not designed to be a mass-production snowboard factory, but rather a premium prototyping shop where we can make boards from scratch. From graphic printing to CNC machining to pressing to finishing, we have the equipment and capability to make custom one-off boards.

What are the steps?
Step 1 - Order
Choose a model below that best suits your needs. Each board has a description and measurements so you can make an informed decision. Complete the Request Quote form in as much detail as possible.
Step 2 - Quote
We will get back to you with any further questions and verify that this is the right board for you. Any additional questions or concerns will be addressed in this correspondence.
Step 3 - Confirm
We will send you a final quoted price and timeline for production. You can accept the quote and make your payment at that time. Then sit back and wait for your board to be built.

What can I change/customize?
We can do anything from changing the construction of one of our standard lay-ups to complete one-off custom shapes.
How long will it take to build?
This all depends on what you want and what the current backlogged workload is. But we will communicate with you regularly to make sure that you understand what the timeline is like.
What is the warranty policy?
