1. Design
First we start with the design phase where the artwork gets mocked onto a snowboard so the client can see how it will look on the finished product.
2. Production
Second we determine the client’s needs with regards to quantity, timeline and budget and then we recommend the best possible solution to fit their needs. Once signed off, we take payment and the manufacturing process begins.
3. Logistics
We produce the snowboards to your designs and handle the entire process from start to finish until they arrive at the client’s door. Need drop shipping to individual clients? No problem. Need special packaging? Give us a call or shoot us an email.

Common questions
What can I build?
We have a selection of modern all mountain snowboard shapes in several lengths to choose from. For the best pricing, you will want to choose one length and one graphic, but if you need more than one size or more than one graphic we will facilitate that for you. Choose the top graphic and the bottom graphic in full CMYK digital print quality which means that you can print photo quality images top and bottom. You then get to choose the sidewall color to complete the look and then finishing and packaging options.
How many is the minimum?
We require ten (10) of each size and graphic. We can produce as few as one for special projects with the disclaimer that it will cost a premium. Please contact us for more details at:
How long does it take?
Depending on the quantity required and time of year, the typical lead-time is between 8 and 10 weeks. Once we understand your needs we will provide you with an accurate lead-time. The typical rule is it will take longer in the Fall and Winter months so it’s best to plan and order early.

Adidas
We were approached to create custom branded snowboards for Adidas for their VIP shopping experience.
Their top customers of Adidas Originals could choose between a custom branded snowboard and a custom branded BMX bike and we curated a unique design with their design staff and hand pressed them in our Squamish, Canada production facility one at a time. The products were featured at retail events throughout North America and have been spotted on reseller websites being sold at a premium.
Tremblay
In 2023 we produced custom snowboards for a local Montreal premium beer brand, Tremblay.
We worked closely with their agency to produce one of the highest resolution digitally printed snowboard graphics every produced. Digital Direct printing or DDP has revolutionized the snowboard graphic application industry over the past decade to create crisper, cleaner and more vivid colors.
