If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@knwnmfg.com with your concern and we will get back to you within one business day.  Please include the issue in question, the details of the product and where it was purchased.  Please do not return product without first being issued an RA#.  Product must be returned at the customer’s expense for inspection, but any replacement product will be shipped back to you at no charge if approved for replacement.
